Little Joe is our 1008 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom log cabin located on a gated16 acres of woods & pasture. You have it all here. Peace and quiet? Check. Hot tub and fireplace? Yup. Walking trails and a fishing pond? Oh, yes! The living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed & bath with tub are all on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher, cooking utensils, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, even a griddle. Everything to prepare gourmet meals is at your fingertips. The 2nd floor has a large bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, and washer and dryer. A twin air mattress is available for the 5th guest. The cabin has 2 TVs, both with Roku devices and Xfinity cable TV, and the wifi is excellent throughout. Enjoy deer, birds, turkeys, and squirrels with a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage while sitting or swinging on the deck with ceiling fans or in your private hot tub. How about grilling a steak on the outdoor grill? Snuggle up with the toasty fireplace on a cold evening. Enjoy walks on the beautiful 16 acres of fenced grounds with tall oaks and hayfields while admiring the abundant wildlife. How about a bonfire out back by the seasonal creek? Or throw a line into the catch and release stocked bass pond with fountain. Fishing is seasonal & catching fish will be reduced in colder months. The best feature of this cabin is its amazing location to what matters to you! When it is time to go to work or to play, you are only minutes from all the shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and hospitals in Knoxville. 14 mins to UT & 12 minutes to the airport. Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains are less than 45 minutes away. We are located next to a hydroponic farm that has fresh strawberries in season! Preapproved pets are charged $25 per pet per day. Easy Uber ride to the airport or to the entertainment in Knoxville. Rent another cabin on the same property for a family reunion!! We supply our guests with at least a week's worth of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to allow our guests time to settle in without being rushed to make a grocery store visit. Once these items run out, it is the guest's responsibility to replenish them for personal use. Generally, the hand-soap and dish soap will last your entire stay. We do not automatically provide maid or cleaning services during your stay. Guests are expected to maintain a good level of cleanliness. Cleaning service can be requested for a reasonable fee. Please let us know if the grill runs out of gas. We will refill at no charge to guests. Firewood for the fireplace or firepit is not supplied. It can be collected on-site in the woods, or purchased from local vendors.
