This home is perfect for relaxation, or for those who want to work remotely. The huge living area is surrounded by windows that allow plenty of natural light. It has an Apple TV and a gas furnace. The kitchen features a view of the dining and living room through a breakfast nook. The kitchen comes with a fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. It has plenty of counter space, plenty of cabinets, and it comes with cooking utensils, silverware, cutlery, and pots/pans. Best of all, it has a bench where you can lounge around while your food is cooking. The master bedroom/bathroom comes with a King Size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a desk, and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a desk. There is also a desk/chair in the family room. Home comes with high-speed WiFi access. The highlight of the house is the spacious backyard. There is a golf putting green that golfers and non-golfers can both enjoy. Putters and golf balls are provided. A spa flows into the large pool, creating a calming waterfall. There is a lounge under the shade if you want to get out of the sun. In front of it is a gas fire pit so you can enjoy the backyard even during those cold nights. Next to it is a bar stool with a barbeque and a fridge. Overall, a wonderful place of rest and recreation with your family or friends. There should be a remote left in the family room for you to use. Utilities: The house comes with a heated pool, air conditioning, two fire pits, and a barbeque which all use utilities. Included in your stay comes up to $400 in gas, water, and electricity. If you use more than this amount, you will be charged out of your deposit for the difference. Pool: The pool is a saltwater pool that is good for your skin but bad for your eyes ;) There is a pool remote control that should be left for you in the family room. To turn the remote on you must press and hold down the repeat button underneath the screen. Front door lock: After you have been approved, you will receive a code to get into the house. To open the door, you must enter the code and the deadbolt will open. When leaving the house we ask that you don't push any buttons to lock the door, instead please wait 10 seconds and it will lock on its own. Firepits: The is an outdoor fire pit and an indoor firepit. To turn it on, you must turn the gas on using the knob and then use a candlestick lighter to light the gas. Putting green: There is a three-hole putting green in the backyard. You should find 2 putters and about 10 golf balls. Please make sure to return the golf equipment when you are done with your stay. Toys: There are pool toys and a scooter in the garage for your use. Please take care of these items and return them when you are done. Please report to PMI Patron if there are missing or damaged items. Kitchen Appliances: Dishwasher, oven, stove, garbage disposal, blender, instant pot, hot pot, toaster, rice cooker. Kitchen Utensils: Silverware, wine/bottle opener, cutting knives, cutting boards, cups, bowls, plates, pizza cutter, wisk, can opener, ice cream scoop, candlestick lighter, 3 sets of tongs, barbeque tools, ladle, 2 spatulas, basting spoon, oven mit, pot holders, pots, pans, steamer. Other household items: Depending on what is left from other guests, there may be leftover trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, or other household items. PMI Patron does not provide these items, so you should expect to provide your own. If you have leftover items at the end of your stay you are welcome to use the items and pay them forward to future guests if you'd like to leave items for them.
