This is a great family house or for larger groups to have plenty of privacy and room to enjoy. Large private yard with plenty of room for all your parking needs. Walking distance to restaurant( SS wreck), Grassy Key Marina with Ice , bait , mini grocery store food wine & beer , Jet ski rentals and more.
