It's much safer than surrounding areas because the two streets have a very active neighborhood watch and all the buildings have been recently renovated. My neighbors are entrepreneurs, young professional families, professors & students at University of Cincinnati. It's one of the few properties in Over the Rhine with a great view, off street parking and a large backyard. There is a queen bed, a daybed sofa and a queen size air mattress for extra guests. There is a private deck where you can enjoy the skyline of Cincinnati. It's a short 10 minute to Findlay Market, an urban winery, Northern Row Brewery and Rhinegeist Brewery. You can catch the streetcar at Rhinegeist Brewery and take it all the way to the Reds & Bengals stadiums at the riverfront for a $1. Just up the hill is University of Cincinnati, Hebrew Union College and the Hospitals. All of which are located about 1 mile away.
