Historic St. Augustine is just 10 minutes away. Marineland Dolphin Adventures is about 45 minutes away. Guana Hiking, biking, kayaking and national park is right across the street. Hosts will ask more information about your group dynamics in order to share some fun surprises upon your arrival, once you book (you will LOVE), please message host right away if you’re celebrating something special by email a week before arrival. We highly recommend adding travel insurance and can send a list of most affordable we can find. We are using it for our travel currently. A note on ADA service animals- Due to Acute Allergies/Asthma of owner and requirements of national park and local ordinances, paperwork to be completed (we ask that you please book an animal friendly home, which ours is not). We adore animals, but know the home will require extensive additional work and cleaning, including ductwork, to make suitable for owners’ asthma. We are marketed and suitable for small groups of NON animal stays. We cannot have any pet dander anywhere. The air system has UV light and we do additional cleaning for our guests but this will not be remove pet allergens. Any animals will likely require extensive additional cleaning and procedures.
