With a furnished deck and gas grill, cool summer days can be spent barbecuing outside as the loons drift by and seals bask on nearby rocks. Inside, the home offers an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating. This 2-bedroom, 1 bath home has water views from every room. Downstairs has the bedrooms, living room, bath and kitchen. The master has a king bed, while the other bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs is a loft with full bed and futon. It's a great set-up for a multigenerational family with the older generations downstairs and the younger upstairs. The large deck off the living room allows for outdoor dining and socializing all while enjoying ever-changing tides. Hancock and Gouldsboro have several fine restaurants to enjoy. Ellsworth is just 15 minutes away for shopping and additional dining options. Feel like dining inside? A well-equipped kitchen sits right off the living area. You can whip up your favorite recipes, while enjoying the ocean’s quiet serenity. Enjoy quality time with your loved ones and friends as you dig in. Airport: Hancock County-Bar Harbor Airport - 115 Caruso Drive, Trenton, ME is only 18 miles away Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and the land surrounding it. There is private parking for four cars in in front of the house. There are two kayaks on the property available for guest use. The cottage is not handicap accessible. The upstairs loft contains a full bed and futon with spiral stair access that is not appropriate for small children or people with mobility issues. Other things to note The maximum number of guests is 6 in the cottage. Children over 12 months old at the time of rental are counted as guests.
