Whole house auto start backup generator to keep the power on during frequent power outages in the UP. Private parking. Private garage space for cars, snowmobiles, ORV’s, boats, RV’s, kayaks, and all your favorite outdoor adventure toys. Road is plowed year round. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers as well.
