As you enter, you are greeted with a large open living space featuring floor to ceiling windows boasting expansive views of Lake Norman, not to be lost upon the .5acre lot. The living room overlooks the lake with a sitting area complete with two large couches and a recliner for all to enjoy lake views or watch the game on the large TV. The main living space is full of natural light, which promises an open and airy atmosphere – it also makes for a great place to spend the day! Just steps away you find yourself in the newly renovated kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, a huge island with seating for four, modern light fixtures and tile backsplash! The open kitchen is fully equipped to handle any occasion, whether it's an elaborate holiday feast or simply feeding a growing family and keeping the kitchen stocked with all their favorite drinks and snacks – you have all the space you need. A large walk in pantry too boot! The open floor plan offers multiple dining options: dining area with a formal table and seating for 8, invites your group to sit down to meals for special occasions or to simply look your best and enjoy each other's company. The main level offers a guest bedroom & en-suite full bathroom with a queen bed and cozy bedding. As we wander to the upper level there are four bedrooms and three full baths including a master with en-suite bath. The three remaining bedrooms have attached bathrooms, are well appointed with new plush bedding and a secret closet in the kids room stocked with toys, kids of all ages will enjoy! The laundry room is one to be envied by all guests! Off the laundry is large gym area and office with two queen murphy beds for additional sleeping options. The lower level is where the action will take place! The large game room hosts a pool table, ping pong overlay, driving arcade game and a pinball machine, what more could you want for your LAKECATION! The game room is complete with its own mini kitchen, a full size fridge offering easy access to outdoor grill and lake, dishwasher, microwave and lake friendly drinkware and serve ware. For the adults in your party, the game room also features a large bar with stools for 5 and a large screen TV to watch the game! Additionally, on the lower level is a theater room fully stocked with recliners, projector and surround sound. Gather the kids and enjoy some family time at the movies, however, don't forget a pit-stop at the stocked candy shop, parents and kids alike will enjoy the choices during the seasons best flick or favorite sporting event!! Not to be forgotten, the art studio! At the end of the hall is every artists and child's dream with easels and supplies to create! A full bathroom on the lower level providing easy access from outside and the lake. Once you wander outside there are many options for your group. Just outside the full glass sliders on the lower level is a new tiled built-in grilling area, every guys (and girls) dream! Lakefront, we start on the far left with the "Hammock House", this screened in shack hosts two large hammocks for all to enjoy while staying the shade and watching family and friends enjoy the lake. Next to the Hammock Shack is a fire pit surrounded by new Terex Adirondack chairs, we recommend reserving seats for forced, family fun over s'mores but not to be lost are the amazing views of LAKE NORMAN! Adjacent to the fire pit is a wooden deck with a table and chairs surrounded by outdoor couches for lounging, LAKECATIONS = RELAXING. Further down the lakefront is a large dock & boat house.
