The house has 360 degrees spectacular views of mountain ranges, lake and an abundance of nature at its finest. Perfect for family reunions ,romantic getaways & city escapes Over the hill from 250 acre 19th century bucolic farm with barns and grazing cows. Sullivan County boasts some of the best and most varied fall foliage in the Catskills. We are now offering a newly installed hot tub / spa starting March 2021 Stylish vintage modern mixed with contemporary designer furnishings, art on the walls, asian accents, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, Large deck w/ lounging and al fresco dining seating, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows along length of the house The heated pool sits on top of the hill, landscaped with flowering trees and newly finished decking and cabana. Pool opens Mid May till Sept 30th. There is a sleeping loft with 2 twins, a cedar den with a queen bed, and media room on main floor with tv, couch and attached deck Downstairs are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and one large with 2 single beds and seating. Both the bathrooms are on the main floor We have split system air conditioning Stunning spacious living & dining room with designer furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, naturally lit office space, Bedroom on main floor has cedar den with queen bed, and an attached loft with two twins. Also on the main floor is a tv room with extra living space ( couch, coffee table and floor cushions) An additional full bath on main floor with shower stall. Morse danish wood burning stove, full stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and large refrigerator 3 bright & furnished bedrooms downstairs with queen and full beds and laundry room with Kenmore washer/dryer. 5 min walk to Swan Lake. In-ground fenced-in private heated pool ( 40' x 20') sits atop the property with breathtaking views while you swim and soak in the rays. Very private and serene. Pool season starts May 15th and ends on September 30th We provide all the linens/ towels, paper towels, dish cloths, shampoo/ soap , detergents etc The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking oils, a mini food processor, crock pot, baking trays, blender, Drip, French press and stove top coffee makers, kettle, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, plates etc. The property manager and owner are available by phone or email through out the duration of the stay, to answer/ address any questions or concerns This is a rural setting with acres of farm land surrounding the 10 acre secluded property. Towns - Livingston Manor, Narrowsburg, Harrisburg, Calicoon all within 15 minutes of our home There are great farmers markets, and stores with fresh produce and meats as well as 24 hr grocery stores. Recreational lakes such as White Lake and Lake Kauenoga are 10 mins away, with some lovely lake side dining options. Calico & Livingston manor have shops, antiquing and restaurants. Horseback riding, bike and hike trails, petting zoos, working farms, Bethel performing arts center, Neversink dam and a slew of seasonal activities. We have a sledding hill on property and sleds avail for our tenants The Shortline bus runs from Port Authority to Monticello. They have a pretty regular schedule. The bus stops 15 mins from our home. A car is definitely needed to get around . The pool is maintained 2 times a week and the lawn mowed once in 2 weeks. There is a $200 deposit for heating pool The pool heating is billed at $12/hr and our meter reading is generated every week. The heating costs will be deducted from the deposit Any issues reported during your stay will be attended to immediately and we seek to resolve all issues within 24 hrs. Garbage can be left in the garage. There isa Thursday morning pick up. Recycling must go back with the tenants **** If you are bringing a pet do notify us ahead of time*****
