Wonderful, peaceful and well appointed lakefront home located in the heart of Bristol (Pemaquid) Peninsula. Maine at its best. Spend your days out on the lake swimming, canoe/kayaking or fishing. Enjoy quality time around the huge farmers table or outside around the firepit. Additionally, great local amenities including fine dining, shopping, hiking, beaches and more are just minutes away. Brand new 12'x46' deck overlooking the water. Peak summer is weekly rentals only (Sat-Sat). This is a very peaceful, natural setting and there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy if you are quiet (especially early morning and evenings), including deer, turkeys, owls, lightning bugs, squirrels, loons (our favorite) and more. There is nothing quite like enjoying your morning coffee and watching the mist rise up off the water while listening to the solemn wail of the loons echo across the lake. Property features great outdoor spaces including a new deck, large screened in porch and an outdoor firepit w/seating. There is 1 kayak and 1 canoe for guests to use (we have adult life jackets, but please bring ones for your children). This house has private waterfront, but the swimming dock, boat dock and boat storage is shared with a handful of the property owners on the road so please be respectful when you are in these shared spaces. Highspeed fiber optic internet in available and there is a large, smart TV that guests can log into Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc through their own accounts. Located well off the busy roads on a dead end, private roads, this house is well distanced from the neighbors. This is a peaceful, natural setting.
