The Space: Enjoy a relaxing stay in this welcoming and soothing space with new flooring, modern updates, and designer décor throughout. Up to 8 guests will appreciate the privacy and function the pet friendly apartment offers, with a living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower laid out in a one level configuration. Additional sleeping arrangements include a large queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and queen air mattress with built in pump. Amenity highlights feature fast Wi-Fi, LED 4K HDR TV with DirecTV, full-size appliances and a comprehensive housewares package in the kitchen, memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms for a beautiful night’s sleep, and central HVAC for year-round comfort. Fresh linens, towels and bath essentials are supplied for every guest, and there is convenient access to shared laundry facilities. Guest Access: Guests will have sole private access to the entire apartment plus one designated off-street parking spot. This apartment is a downstairs / an upstairs unit in a 4-plex consisting of four 2 bed/1 bath units total, all of which are available for booking if you are a group requiring more space. The 4-plex has 2 upstairs units with balconies and 2 downstairs units with patios. Please note that guests could be assigned to either unit type depending on availability. There is a common area hallway and shared laundry room for all 4 units. The Neighborhood: This centrally located Urban Retreat is located 4 blocks from the new L.A. Rams/Chargers stadium. Hollywood Park Casino, The Forum, and LAX are just minutes away. A large shopping center is located around the corner. Starbucks, Jamba Juice, In-N-Out, and Walgreens all within a 5 minute walk. The sunny beaches of the Pacific Coast are less than a 15-minute drive. Get lost in the food, entertainment, and culture of everything Los Angeles has to offer. Other Things to Note: We follow CDC guidelines by doing our part to help guests stay safe. We properly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before all check-ins. Check-in is flexible any time after 3:00 p.m. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins if we do not have guests booked the night before. The early check in fee is $25. Late check outs can be accommodated if we do not have guests checking in that same day – the fee is $25 per hour for the first 3 hours. If you need to extend more than 3 hours, the full night rate will be charged. Pets are allowed for a fee of $25. Standard occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $25 per person, per day. Interaction with Guests: I live minutes away and available 24/7 for your needs. The level of interaction is determined by your desires, and all of your needs will be met.
