You will find a touch of home throughout this cozy Riverfront condominium making it the perfect place for your vacation or getaway. The living room has a couch and chair setup that is perfect for relaxing by the wood-burning fireplace. Enter to a foyer with stack washer/dryer then in to the condo where you will find a full bathroom to the right and bedroom ahead. This bedroom offers a queen size bed, a television and air conditioning. To the left on entering you will find the spacious, open-concept, living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area holds a wood burning fireplace and flat screen television with DVD and access to the deck with a forested view of the river and mountains beyond. The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats available close-by at the kitchen counter. Finally, through the living and dining area, is the master bedroom with a queen bed, set of pyramid (twin/full) bunk beds, A/C and full attached bath. During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months. Pools and courts may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to pool/court rules.
