Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of Orange County. Our home is conveniently located 2 blocks away from South Coast cosmopolitan community of World-Class shopping-dining-the arts. We are only short distance to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, local beaches, and groceries. This home is a perfect stay that accommodates families and groups of all sizes. We value cleanliness and design to make you feel at home. *** PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING OUR PROPERTY*** The space: This is a 2,500 sqft single-family resident. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a patio BBQ, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with smart TVs with free Netflix available for use in every room, including both the living room and bedrooms. We also provide many board games for you and your group to enjoy. - 1st Floor: The living room is in the center of the house. The kitchen and dining area is on the right-hand side of the living room. Follow on the left-hand side of the living room is a bedroom (w/ 1 Queen Size Bed) and a den room (w/ a Sofa Bed and a Bunk Bed). -2nd Floor: Facing the front yard is a master bedroom with ensuite (w/ King Size Bed), and a patio. Facing the backyard will be 2 bedrooms (w/ Queen Size Beds), and a shared full bathroom. - The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking wares, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. - Backyard Patio has a dining table set of 6, a BBQ Grill, and a set of Cornhole Game for outdoor entertainment. - We value cleanliness as our top priority to provide great experiences to guests while staying at our Airbnb. We hire professional to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminate odors - meanings our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods. Guest access Smart Lock Access only Other things to note *** Cameras are only placed in common areas outside the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure safety for everyone. *** This neighborhood street parking requires permits at all time to ensure the safety of the neighborhood. Please contact us if you need additional parking permits on the street. There are only 3 permits max. *** Street Parking ATTENTION: Street sweeping is on every Thursday (PM), so please pay attention to AVOID getting ticket at all cost. We do not want to see you getting ticket. *** Trash Collection Day: Collects every Wednesday. If the guests stay at our AIRBNB on Tuesday or Wednesday, please kindly help us take the trash out to the curb, since we want to respect your privacy. *** ATTENTION: It is a QUIET neighborhood, so please respect and don't disturb the neighbors with loud noise, or any activities that would disturb the life of the neighborhood. Neighbors will report any such activities to the City and the police.
