The Space: Sleeping Arrangements Hudson Lodge - Port Jervis has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 guests. With 2 Queen Size Bedrooms, you will find room for your family or small group to spread out. All bedrooms feature Casper Mattresses, quality linens and are thoughtfully decorated. Smart TVs are in every bedroom as well where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming account. All bedrooms have closets with shelving so you can comfortably unpack for your stay. Each room has its own climate control so that guests can adjust to their individual preference. The Kitchen The Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and finishes as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, general spices, and basically all the tools you need to make morning pancakes, spaghetti bolognese dinner, and everything in between. (Groceries not provided.) For morning coffee, there is a k-Cup machine and coffee pods, but you are welcome to use your own flavors as well. You will find all the dish ware, serve ware, and drink ware you need for such a group to dine, but do not worry, we have you covered with a dishwasher too. Bathroom There is one bathroom at Hudson Lodge with shower that has a rain head and body sprayers for the most relaxing shower. The bathroom comes stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer and super plush towels. More In the main entertaining area is a Living Room with an expandable dining table to fit your group. Also here you will find a fireplace, comfortable sofa, coffee table, lounge chair, as well as a 65” Smart TV, perfect for family and friends to gather around and relax. Outdoors Step out the back door and you will find yourself on a deck with table and seating for 6. If BBQ-ing is your thing, we have you covered with a propane grill. An extra tank is provided in case the one there runs low and needs to be swapped out. Just a few more steps into the backyard you will find a fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs for your entire group to gather around. We provide you with a fire starter kit and good amount of wood for multiple nights of fires. On the driveway, you can park up to 3 cars. Guest Access: The entire house is available for guests including large deck and patio in the back of the house. The Neighborhood: There are several lakes in close proximity to our house like Lake Pocatello, Silver Lake and Mohagen Lake. You will be just 10 minutes drive away from Parks & Rec. You fill find a few restaurants nearby like Oak & Reed, Hanami Japanese Restaurant and Alondra's Cuisine. Near you, you will find bars & pubs like The Bee Tavern, Players & J's Place. Grocery stores are 4-6 minutes drive away. Getting Around: Nearest train stations are: Otisville train station 13 minutes by car, and Middletown NY train station 14 minutes. John F. Kennedy airport is 1h and 45 minutes away by car. Other Things to Note: CHECK IN The check-in will be contactless and keyless. Before you arrive, we will send you the code to the door lock. PARKING Please feel free to utilize the entire driveway for your vehicles throughout the length of your stay. Note that we are not responsible for personal items left in your car. HOUSE ACCESS The entire house is yours for the length of your stay. Feel free to enjoy the private deck, fire pit, and seating areas around the yard. OUTSIDE GUESTS If you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach out to Stay at Lina team if your stay has already begun. We can typically accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing and no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people who don’t have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won’t apply. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS SECURITY Stepping out of the house? Keep your belongings safe and secure by remembering to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property. CHECK OUT Our check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (it’s ok to place the remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items. FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE Please note that we are located in the countryside, surrounded by trees and foliage. Although we have regularly scheduled pest control services in and around the home and yard, you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature. We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the amount of outdoor creatures from sneaking in. PETS We love dogs and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if your are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your dogs may cause. The maximum number of dogs we allow is two. Interaction with Guests: The check-in will be contact-less. Before your arrival, you will be given the code to access the house.
