Siren Lakefront Escape

Three bedroom cabin with wood accents throughout, nestled on Elbow Lake. Sleeps 6. Downstairs includes a gas fireplace with tv and leather sectional in great room for those nights when its best inside. Upstairs has 1 bedroom and a loft. Outside includes a fire pit and patio furniture on back deck for the outside nights. Dock access direct to lake on property (dock pulled in for winter). Outdoor equipment included in rental (2 kayaks, canoe, small boat, and paddle boat). Main level includes a wide open great room with a large open kitchen with: - Bar seating for 4 - Dining table that seats 6 (expands to 8) - Large sectional with a tv and a fireplace - 2 bedrooms and a bath finish out the main level Views out of the back of the house of the lake and yard. Upstairs include amazing views of the lake from the loft - Loft includes a pull out couch + 2 chairs for sitting lake side indoors - Finished off with a foosball table and a separate area available for those who need to work - Third bedroom finishes out the loft Walkout the back door on the main level to the outdoor patio that includes a dining table / umbrella that seats 6. - 2 rockers on the back deck (easily moved to be closer to the lake) - 6 additional chairs to be used by the fire pit or on the patio A brand new dock is in the water (when in season) - 2 kayaks, a canoe, and fishing boat are near the water - A paddle boat is near the dock Guests have full access to the house, yard, and lake. Garage is reserved for private use. Available for questions via text, call or email. Typically we will not be on the property when guests are present (unless requested or a necessary service appointment). Siren WI is a quaint small town with many lake homes and trails nearby. Shopping is available along Hwy 70 and in nearby Frederic or Luck. The local WI favorite beer is New Glarus and is available at all convenience stores in the area. Elbow Lake has around 10 homes total and is managed by an association of the owners. Most come and go to their properties throughout any given week. There will regularly be deer and rabbits seen while driving into the property. The cabin is not close to public transportation, a vehicle or bike is recommended. On the property, there is plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles. Elbow Lake is a small lake. Best for kayaks and small boats to explore. Swimming is ok near the center of the lake, but the lake has weeds, rocks, etc. There is no current beach as this is private lake.
