The property has a 1 slip dock for guests, but one can tie up to 2 more boats on sides as long as you have bumpers. Boat ramp works well for lake levels above 672. LCRA has public ramps available to launch boats over 28 feet (or if lake level is below 670). Pool canyon cove has water for lake levels above 630 feet, which is almost always full. Check LCRA for current lake levels. We have abundant luxurious space for families and get-togethers. 1+ acre of land and spacious 5000+ sq feet of living space. Dining seats 12, Beds for 18 guests.
