Cozy Cottage at Alki

This house is almost 100 years old and pretty original with some modern touches we threw in! Enjoy WIFI, two smart TVs, washer and dryer, and a huge fully fenced backyard for you and your friends (furry and human) with a BBQ and patio table. If you have pet allergies this isn’t the place for you. This cottage is right off of Barker, super close to the valley mall, Walmart, lots of dinning and more! Pets are an additional fee; please message me for details. You’ll have access to the whole house besides the garage and shed, as we store our camper, camping gear, and my husbands business equipment Always available via text or call, and can come by if needed. Valley mall, Walmart, target, tons of dining, only 15 minutes outside of Idaho The Airbnb is close to a lot so you could walk, but plenty of room to park your cars As I stated before this cute house is old, all the trim, and doors are original (besides the back and front door) please try and keep shoes off, pets are allowed on bed but not on couches; please pick up after them outside! There is no central AC but there is a window AC in every room aside from bathroom and laundry room. The 4 ACs keep the whole house cool. You’re welcome to keep them on the whole time or keep them off if you’re colder. From Oct 1st- March 1st we remove the window ACs due to colder weather.
