Welcoming homestead - Blue Room

Just 9 miles from Paonia in the magnificent North Fork Valley. This is a 100 year old farmhouse still providing food with wraparound productive gardens, cats, dogs and chickens. The blue room is a large room with its own half bath, large closet, large desk, sofa, an antique dresser and a bookcase. You'll have access to the entire cozy home as well, including the kitchen and lovely spots in the gardens. This is a great room for longer stays and working from home! Lots of beautifully landscaped gardens, guests are welcome to relax on the patio, in the breakfast nook, living room or wherever they choose. Big bright kitchen; you are welcome to organic farm fresh eggs. You are welcome to use all parts of the kitchen and make yourself at home! Guests are welcome to use the large dining room, the living room including a television (netflix and prime), the large full bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry facilities. Also, the gardens and patio are very welcoming places to relax. BBQ is available as well. You are welcome to use the refrigerator! We are flexible about your arrival and departure times, just please give us an eta for your arrival to make sure we are home. We're always happy to answer questions or show you maps. Tucked into a quiet corner of a neighborhood, you'd never know town was 2 blocks away. A fantastic dirt road going straight up the mesa begins just behind the neighborhood. Accessible by foot. Every kind of natural majesty is to be found in close proximity! Parking available at the house. You can walk to anywhere in Hotchkiss, including the City Market. You are also welcome to borrow a mountain bike. There are cats inside, in case of allergies. That being said, I am open to hosting your pets too.
