Casa Los Primos is a private home on the sand in a safe gated beach community. The 8,000 sf house has a huge outdoor kitchen complete with a pizza oven and top of the line BBQ. Enjoy the amazing ocean views, while relaxing by the firepit. Surfing, horseback riding, sand dunes, zip lining, music, dancing, and great food are at your fingertips. We are 30 minutes from the amazing Valle de Guadalupe wine country where you can enjoy great wine and amazing food with beautiful vistas. The 8,000 square foot home has 9 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. The space is comprised of the upstairs main floor, middle room, bottom level, and 2 breathtaking balcony/patios with ample space, beach access and amazing views. The upstairs main floor consists of a main house with large chefs kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a courtyard, 2 large separate casitas with their own private baths. The upstairs balcony offers 180 degree unobstructed views of the ocean. The kids can escape to the game room on the middle level and jump on the playstation, watch a movie or compete with the adults for play time on one of the 412 games on the the cocktail arcade. The lower level has 4 bedrooms and two full baths and a second living room and kitchen. The lower ocean front patio offers a beautiful palapa with a huge stone dining table, a brand new outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven, sink and top of the line grill, and a huge fire pit. There are beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. You can watch the surfers and dolphins and even catch a glimpse of whales as the migrate. We also encourage you to inquire about our additional services, which include everything from basic cleaning, in-house chef, massage therapy, horse rental, surf board rental, surf lessons, stand up paddle board and kayak rental, personal drivers, and tours to nearby wine tasting and culinary wonders in the Valle de Guadalupe. Playa La Mision is in a gated community with 24 hour guard. We offer 6 parking spaces, 4 spaces in 2 of our 2 car garages and 2 more blocking those garage spaces. DO NOT BRING MORE THAN SIX CARS, AND DO NOT BLOCK THE ROAD. You can easily walk and drive to get groceries, dining, shopping etc. We can recommend charters for excursions, wine tasting, or airport transfers. La Misión, Baja California, Mexico The coastline area from TJ to Ensenada is known as the Baja Gold Coast. The nugget of the Gold Coast stretches from La Fonda/La Mision through La Salina and onto Bajamar Golf Resort, all within 5 to 10 minutes from each other. There along the beach you find: good food, world class golf, Guests are encouraged to relax in many areas. There is an estuary to the south, tide pools to the north, imagine surfing the waves with Dolphin along Baja shores as they frolic in front of the house, study the whale migrations in season. There is great surfing, horse back riding, and colorful light aircraft flying. Stroll through wonderfully interesting beach neighborhoods. The cool Baja nights are perfect to enjoy a beach fire pit or relax with your favorite beverage on the starlit terraces overlooking night time sand and surf. There is a small colonia near-by with restaurants, a bakery (panaderia), grocery store, and hardware store. The famous La Fonda restaurant is two minutes away with live music and dancing at night and a great brunch. La Fonda was a favorite haunt of movie stars like Ali McGraw and Steve Mac Queen. Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada are all within minutes for shopping, dining and play. The Valley of Guadelupe’s wine country is 35 min away. For the comfort and safety of all La Mision patrons, “All Terrain Vehicles,” “Automobiles” and “Fireworks” are strictly regulated on Playa La Mision. It is great to have a car to get around, but you can also walk into the village along the estuary. We can provide recommendations for car service options. The house offers parking for 4-6 cars, no more. We have one large coffee urn(45 cups), standard drip 12 cup coffeemaker, thermal French press, and Keurig and Nespresso machines. Please provide your own pods and coffee. We do not allow the use of fireworks, given the risk of fire and stress to local horses and animals. This is something we share with the community and the security personnel working to keep the area safe.
