Bird Nest Suite, a studio cabin waiting to be part of your next getaway to the upper Buffalo River area. Stay within a few minutes of a variety of outdoor adventures. Located 1/2 mile from the Kingston square, you get conveniences like fast WiFi, nearby gas, supplies, and places to grab a bite to eat. Has a comfy queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a covered front porch with old fashioned glider. Plenty of parking, even for trailers if needed. Located adjacent to Hill Song Cottage Bird Nest Suite has a queen bed with a Serta pillowtop mattress. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, heat/AC wall unit, full tub/shower bathroom, a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, smart tv, dvd player, & hair dryer. Coffee and tea are provided. Need more room? Additional lodging option, Hill Song Cottage (3 BR 2 BR) on adjacent location. Bird Nest Suite has a covered front porch and a grassy yard. There’s also a patio with table, chairs and tabletop charcoal grill. Entry is contactless. You will get a code for the key box. Host is available by phone, text or airbnb message. During your stay, there no in person contact between host and guests unless a need arises. Bird Nest Suite is located in a quiet area on the edge of the little town of Kingston, overlooking the hills surrounding the Kings River Valley. Travel less than than 1/4 mile of dirt off hw 21. It is located within a few minutes drive of the Buffalo River (Boxley Valley, Ponca), the Kings River, Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch & Adventure Park. Hiking trails, canoe outfitters, rock climbing and bike riding trails. It is an easy drive to Eureka Springs, Bentonville, Branson, Fayettville, Harrison, Jasper, etc. There is approximately a quarter mile of dirt road between the house and highway 21. Although it is on a hill, most any vehicle should make it fine. The hot water tank holds 20 gallons. This should support two quick-ish showers. If the first guest in your party takes a long, leisurely shower, the next iperson might want to wait a few minutes to let the tank reheat.
