The Lodge at Estate at Plantation Ridge, 2.5 wooded 2.5 Acre- 6,500 sq ft Built in 1962, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath, sprawling, rustic, mid-century modern estate is the perfect place to call your escape away from hustle & bustle of real world. Tucked into woods, but conveniently off Rt.113 highway & 30 min from ALL beaches. Located on private Lake, sit by fire pit, Verandas or hardscaped waters-edge enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee- whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed is here for you! -This sprawling, private Estate House, The Lodge is 6,500 sq. Ft. & each room has its own private bath. -We are also a Venue & there may be an outdoor wedding or deck area event going on for 4-6 hours maximum- you will be notified before check-in. Party Guests are not permitted in Airbnb hallway with rooms, each Airbnb room has its own lock & key for added security. -There are 4 Airbnb rooms with private baths sharing this estate home. -There is also an Airbnb rental cottage on the property & a full walk out private basement. -Common areas are shared by ALL & includes use of only When available: kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer, foyer powder room& all outdoor areas. -Occasionally you will see Brad & I maintaining the property. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time for questions, travel advice or recommendations. -All outdoor Spaces, patios, decks, fire pit use & canoes by request & at your own risk! -The property was built in 1962, we are constantly maintaining & improving this property, you may see tools on the property and maintenance equipment occasionally. -This room is number 410. -Enter through the front foyer, turn left, go down the hall & your room is the last room on your right with the waterfront view! -The waterfront room is the master suite of the estate, it boasts a queen bed, a large walk- in step-down slate shower with a mirrored spa shower head at each end of the shower & a teak sitting bench in the shower area. - This suite also has a large sliding glass door that opens to a step-down with 1 step onto a concrete veranda that overlooks the lakeside waterfront. We are currently laying pavers in the waterfront area. -There water views directly out from the queen bed as you wake up in the morning. -There are also two tall bar height sitting chairs on the concrete verandah to sit & take in the back yard overlook & water views. - There is also an electric fireplace with a remote in this suite. -Suite has mini fridge, small microwave, Keurig with a couple coffee pods to get you get you started on your stay! -Parking: Please park where you like, it is all for guests. First come, first serve. -Can get around by car, uber & bike. -Doordash for food delivery or PapaJohns Pizza delivers. -If Available, All outdoor Spaces, patios, decks, fire pits, canoes & paddelboats by request & at your own risk! -Property will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents while on the property or whole using/ accessing any waterfront or devices or areas. We are also a Venue. - you may see a birthday party, graduation, etc, out by the deck area occasionally. - All the bedroom Airbnb doors are old pocket doors. They lock with a latch on the inside when inside the room. They lock with a fold over latch & your own room key on the outside of each door to lock your belongings into the room when you leave. Guests are welcome to socialize as they like. We always love to greet and meet new people. Our comfort is your priority, if you prefer a private, quiet stay we also understand. Plantation Lakes Golf course & The Landing Club house restaurant- all public & borders the Estate property - The golf Course is constructing right up to the driveway of the Estate Car, bike, Uber, walk through golf course trails **This Estate was built in 1962 & we have installed locks on each rooms sliding door for your privacy. -The front door is securely locked at all times & our code is provided before check in. The lock to the front main door locks after 2 minutes. To exit the front door, turn the lock dial - There are many things to see in the area, the estate borders plantation lakes brand new public Golf course (finishing construction) public Golf club, which is currently building their golf course right up to my property - the public club house ( the landing) can be reached by car or the golf cart on the property. -Millsboro offers - Blue Water Grill, The Plate & Pallate, La Tanalteca Mexican, Pizza King & Pizza Palace There are also several wineries within 20 min- such as Salted Vines Vineyard & Windmill Creek Vineyard, Costa Ventosa Winery, Breweries such as Big Oyster, Dog fish head, Missippillion, Crooked Hammock all 20 min away in Lewes or Rehoboth area, Millsboro is tucked slightly inland away from the hustle to the beach area & is conveniently accessible to Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick, Bethany & Ocean City MD. - Pets & children must be supervised & all times. -Pets are $100 each pet per stay & must be crated in your room when not with you.
