The Guestsuit in our Mediterranean Home

Enjoy the tranquility in this Mediterranean style home in a traditional New England setting. This studio style guestsuit is perfect for small family or a romantic getaway.. Sit outside to enjoy the natural surroundings and comfy outdoor lounge area with fire pit. Please make sure you read the entire description. We do live here, the guestsuit is the walk out basement portion of our home. It has a living/bedroom area, and a good size bathroom, connected by a small mudroom/breakfast area. You will have your own entrance, the indoor area does not overlap with ours. The outdoor firepit and the seating is for you to enjoy. You may see us working in the yard or our kids playing outside. Kids are curious and love seeing guests around. If you see them please feel free to say hi. :) This is listed for 4 guests due to Airbnb settings. However, The 4th person sleeps on the trundle bed should really be a child or under 100 lb to sleep comfortably. Please let me know if this bed will be used prior to your visit so I can set this up for you:) Also please noted that there is no air conditioner for the unit. Thete is a ceiling fan that usually keeps the space comfortable. plus portable fan upon request. Although this is all on one level, the stone path is uneven and will not be optimal for elderly or handicap to be safe. We love animals but we are not equipped to host them. sorry no exceptions. We do not charge any cleaning fee. Simply because we believe it should be included in the nightly pricing. Above that, all of our guest had been very respectful to our home. We really appropriate when our guest follow the rules to keep our space clean. Please let us know if any thing is broken / needs repair/ or need special attention on cleaning. We take cleaningness seriously and commit to every guests safety. We allow 3 hours after our guest leaves to ventilate then start cleaning per Airbnb guideline. That is also one of the reasons we ask for your check in and check out time, so we can plan accordingly. You will have the patio and firepit out side of the guest suit on the side yard. The back yard is reserved for family usage. If you don't see us around, it will be best to communicate through Airbnb app. However, please text or call me directly if you need a quick response. As there had been issues with the app being delayed in sending messages. We love how close we are to the highway, close to essential shopping. Reasonable distance to downtown, but the same time we are surrounded by farm lands. You'll need a car to get around to explore. Only 5min to Rt/146. convenient amenities is 1 min away: Grocerystore, gas station, coffee, pizza, restaurants. 5mins to bike trills, and all sorts of trills! 12 min to Southwick Zoo. 20 mins Downtown Providence. 1 hour to Boston. #1. Please take shoes off in the house. We like to keep the floors clean. Please place them in the shoe tray provided:)) #2. No smoking of any kind. #3. Any unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. #4. We ask highly-critical, ill-mannered, inconsiderate guests to seek other accommodations. We are not qualified to host such guests. We enjoy hosting and creating memorable moments for our guests and so far we have a lot of great experience with almost all of our guest!
