Prior to your arrival, our housekeeper has conducted a thorough disinfecting and sanitizing procedure as outlined in the CDC guidelines. The areas she disinfects include all of the high-touch surfaces, and linens and towels are washed and dried on the "hot" settings. There is a also an air purifier located in the living area. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house is beautifully decorated with many amenities, great for an awesome vacation at the beach, or a romantic weekend get away. The house is pet friendly. Please only one pet (dog). There is a pet fee of $20 per pet, per night. There is more information regarding pets under the drop down "Rooms and Spaces" and then click on "Additional Information." The minimum night stay is 3 nights with some exceptions on holidays where the minimum is 4 night stays. The maximum number of nights that can be booked is 14 days. The house is a spacious two story which measures approx. 1650sq ft. and will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Perfect for three couples to share. Downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom with deep soaking tub. You will also find a washer/dryer downstairs. Upstairs is a large master suite, a full bath with deep soaking tub, walk-in closet and TV. Also upstairs, you will find the living area with ocean views, the sound of crashing waves, a cozy corner fireplace, TV equipped with Netflix and DVD, a full kitchen, dining area and large balcony. The dining room table is expandable and will easily seat 6. Additionally, there is a large kitchen/breakfast counter with 3 stools. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large or small meals, and furnished with modern appliances, coffee maker, a large array of dishes, pots and pans; slow cooker, toaster oven, regular toaster, blender, and a lobster pot. There is an assortment of spices, sugar, coffee and tea. The upper deck is furnished with chairs and a propane BBQ grill. We want your stay to be comfortable and usable as if you were at home.
