The Wonder of the Woods: w/8acres, SAUNA, & tubes!

Our serene, cozy, and creative log cabin is under 2 hrs from NYC, but surrounded by woods as far as the eyes can see. All you hear are waterfalls and singing critters under the stars. Enjoy a fire, read in a hammock, explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the area, have a karaoke party in the basement disco-pub, meditate by the river. In the Winter, use our portable SAUNA! In the Summer go tubing! (We leave you tubes). And strong WiFi! 2nd building on-site for events, inquire for rates. The space is joyful and extremely cozy. It's designed creatively with lots of eclectic art and interesting things around. The cabin offers various hang out spaces so large groups can spread comfortably throughout the house. The basement bar is a nice big open space that's perfect for the dancers in your group. But there's plenty to keep you out and about all the day. So many gorgeous places to discover around here. You will have the entire 8 acre property to yourself. There is also an art studio building here but we only use it between guests. You’re welcome to explore the art and use the ping pong table in there. :) The area is known for the Delaware River and all the recreation and beauty it offers. Getting here and anywhere around here requires you to drive the scenic riverside Route 97. Stunning views greet you everywhere and you will feel like you have gone a bit back in time. There's a handful of delightful dining option nearby like the Blue Fox Motel and the Stickett Inn. Or you can just explore the many trails around and the lakes and river nearby to cool off in the summer time. Drive here along scenic byway 97, less than 2 hrs from NYC. You can take the train from Penn Stations to Port Jervis and take a 20 minute cab ride here. There’s a second building that has a large open space with massive windows. Ideal for a yoga class or other events, elopement weddings, birthdays, family reunions. Inquire for pictures and rates.
