Beautiful, quiet, downtown living with lots of windows. Full kitchen fully stocked for easy cooking and clean up with the dishwasher. All new fully renovated, everything is upscale, quartz countertops and custom easy close cabinets. Bathroom is spotless. Cable and WiFi for guests. A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax. Laundry on the main floor and Master king bed on the second floor, and two twin beds on the third floor. The apartment is quiet and private and easy access to the Shell plant. This high end apartment is a delight and surprise and just waiting for the right visitors to come and explore our town. Off street parking for two cars that stay at this facility. Plenty of on street parking also. Easy drive to the river access, rather than walk, if you choose. Owner is available at all times just a text or phone call away. This space is in walking distance of everything. This street is the walking epicenter of the entire town. Walk to grocery, or across the bridge (across the Ohio River) to get morning donuts made fresh or lunchtime sandwich at (My hero’s sub shop). Get up in the morning and hear the train in the distance, or the church bells in the distance on Sunday morning. Three blocks to Main Street cafes, or pubs, also recommend the hibachi at the Japanese restaurant. If Italian cuisine is your pleasure then Yolanda’s would be a great choice. I personally love the Mexican tacos and burritos at Hanks in New Brighton not to mention the frozen custard. I love this little River Town, the people are friendly, and this town and area especially is very walk oriented as this is the Ohio River Trail. All day long you will see folks from Monaca as well as from all over walk, bicycle and jog. Families walk their pets and children in carriages daily. This unit is really not suited for disabled, or small children under 12 just due to the steps and for no other reason.
