Here is your chance to stay in a newly remodelled home that is designated as a national historical landmark. This one bedroom townhouse is located right next to the start of greendale's miles of walking paths that connect to many scenic streets and forests, blocks away from the village shops and southridge shopping center and a short drive to downtown. Private front and back entrances, a yard filled with unique plants and landscaping and an on-site Property This is an upper "Greendale original" townhouse with a private entrance at the end of a dead end street. The backyard is connected to Pioneer Park and the start of miles of walking trails around the village. One parking space, washer and dryer on the first floor, living space on the second. Two TV's ready sign to your streaming accounts along with a DVD collection and a Wii console. We live next door and are available day or night if you need anything or have any issues during your stay. Greendale is a national historic landmark and was created in the 30's as a part of the new deal. Today it is a mix of small town charms and big city conveniences. The village shops and Southridge Mall are perfect places to shop or browse and are within blocks of our home. 8 restaurants and many fast food options are within a mile of the house, the kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, seasonings and utensils if you like to cook for yourself. There is no cable service in the house (only streaming options) but can be set up for an additional $35 per month.
