Beautiful view of Lake Erie from most rooms of this charming home. The home was built in 1911 with many updates, A cottage feel with all the amenities. The décor is a mixture of antiques and art, sort of shabby chic. I also provide coffee for you. The Backyard has a patio, bbq grill, wood swing and of course the lake view. Sunroom has full view of lake. All. Bedrooms are upstairs. . Great neighbors who will help you with anything questions. There is a pier and marina in walking distance. Three bedrooms. Queen beds in two bedrooms, full and 3 twin bun beds. I have an extra queen air mattress to use in anywhere if needed. Sofa bed in living room. There is a sofa in the sunroom also. a portable crib is available also. Kitchen has all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Living room with HD tv. Nice dining room with table for 6. Small tables and chairs in the sun room. Parking in driveway and street There is an outdoor patio with patio furniture and gas grill. There are games to play and a stereo with variety of cds. There is coffee and a coffee maker. I have extra linens and towels. I wash all linens and towels in hot water. The basement has very low ceilings and is used for laundry and extra bathroom. I use the rest for storage. Extra shower and toilet there also. Upper deck is limited to four people only. Absolutely no access to water from my yard, steep and dangerous with slippery roc Beautiful Backyard garden Beaches within a mile. Fishing pier within walking distance. Downtown within a mile. Cedar Point amusement park about one half hour drive away. During the summer there are concerts on Black River Landing, only 2 minutes away on Friday nights.
