Furnished with a queen-size bed, a working desk, a chair and sofa, a ceiling fan, a flat-panel cable/TV, WiFi, a private bathroom with heated whirlpool and separate shower/steam room, and a sitting room where the breakfast nook, the extra sofa bed, and the treadmill are located. This place is in a quiet suburb town 40 minutes away from New York City, and adjudged as one of ten best places to live in the USA. The room has a living area or sitting room where guests can enjoy the breakfast nook (table for four, microwave oven, toaster and a refrigerator/freezer), an extra bed, and a treadmill, in addition to the bedroom area. Because of strict security measures imposed by the neighborhood, we encourage our guests to check-in at no later than 8 pm or sunset to prevent any mistake of entering on a neighbor's property other than the host's place. A request to check-in later than 8 pm will be approved on a case-to-case basis. Linen sheets, and towels are changed, the rooms are cleaned on a monthly basis. Any request from the guest to clean the room, and change the linen sheets and towels on a daily basis will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per change-day. An extra single bed with additional pull mattress bed are available for the two additional guests. Laundry service is available for a fee of $10.00 per 5-lb bag, upon request.
