Stevenson Ranch is one of the most desirable locations SC Valley. The floorplan flows nicely and with the vaulted ceilings in the main room you feel like you are in a large European villa. The main floor includes the formal living room, large family room (yes! both!) and a gas fireplace. Our wonderfully appointed laundry room is ready to take over after a long day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. You will find one full bathroom , a formal dining room that will accommodate the whole family and a few friends. For those lazy mornings when you usually feel like the short order cook there is a large dining table in the kitchen to put out a buffet that they can handle themselves. Oh wait! Are you prepping a wonderful BBQ for friends you have not seen since ever? Great! We have a lot of amenities in the kitchen to get that party started. After a long day, retire to the second story. Each bedroom can accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Make yourself comfortable! You have space to stretch out in any pairing imaginable. And for you, the host, our master bedroom has a king bed, sofa and also a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk and a playpen for anyone needing that extra TLC for your family. The third bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a queen. Grill, swim, hang with friends over cocktails. Repeat. Unfortunately, the garage, mailbox, some closets, and our main floor office is not open for use.
