Tiny Backyard Cottage "La casita"

This tiny cozy cottage is a stand alone house tucked behind our beloved home. Located next to a ravine and in the middle of two natural reservations(Bedford and Garfield). Perfect for the environmentally conscious, humble minded and minimalist people. Plenty of natural light coming indoors. Enjoy nature just a step out the house. Hammocks, outdoor dining table and barbecue grill available. It has washer but no dryer. Instead, a couple of drying racks, and a laundromat around the corner. This a cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, eat in kitchen and spacious living room and dinning room. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a beautiful mandala to help you rest. The other one serves several purposes. It can be used as a guest bedroom, TV room or working room. The place has a washer but no dryer. The are a couple of drying racks and there is a laundromat around the corner. Behind the house you have access to a private dinning outdoor area. There is also a resting chair at the side of the house to take in the surrounding nature. Located on a quiet dead-end street. Plenty of off-street parking and private entrance. Lots of space outside to gather and relax. 1 mile from freeway. No smoking/smokers allowed. Please note: this place comes with(1) parking spot only. Since La Casita is behind our home, we'd like to get to know you and interact as we run into each other. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. You'll be living in town but feeling like in the woods. You will see deer, rabbits and different species of birds on a regular basis in the backyard. There is a couple of buses that run every hour(40 and 90F). RTA Cleveland(We can help you out if you need more details). The Garfield Park and Bedford Reservation are very close, as well as one of the Cuyahoga Library branches and a little shopping center within walking distance. A Farmers Market is also within walking distance and they sell excellent produce at very convenient prices. Bedford Heights is very close. Probably 15 minutes in bike(we can provide 2 bikes). You can visit the falls or the square and hangout at the cafes or go to the gym.
