Farm Escape - Our "Mini" sleeps 4 comfortably.

This camper, sleeps 4 very comfortably. In addition to a Queen bed, two adult size bunks (Email hidden by Airbnb) es fully equipped with full bath/shower, kitchen and dining area. You will find a usually quiet farm property, on 85 acres, 2000' of frontage, with fields, woods and meadows. Trails allow visitors a chance to walk the property as they wish. Views from the property show mountains and a unique preserve in the Nelson valley. Please check our Guide Book for "Things ToDo" & Restaurants. Farm environment, with barns, open fields and wooded area with 2.5+ miles of quiet trails that present photo ops of nature and wildlife. Deer, foxes, turkeys, etc. call the 15 acre wooded area their sanctuary. Please check our Guide Books for "Things To Do" & "Restaurants". Full access to patio, BBQ, gated pool(in season). Yes, we like socializing, but will respect your space. Our shared area includes yards, patio, bbq and pool(in season). A large BBQ is provided for your personal use, with utensils. You can walk, run or bike on Thomas and Mosely Roads(length 2.6mi). Traffic is light and the local speed limit is 45 mph. You could walk/drive to the Nelson Hamlet (.9mi) to enjoy lunch or dinner at the Mad Taco, shop Nelson Farms for a wide variety of locally prepared food items. Drive to the Village of Cazenovia (4 mi) where dining and shopping options could make for a full day. Be certain to visit the Pier at south end of Cazenovia Lake, at end of Albany Street. Dining on the Lake can be found at The Brewster and Brae Loch Inns, while other eateries exist in the business district. A Farm Market is held every Saturday a.m. in the center if the Village. Guests will also enjoy the Village shops and eateries that Cazenovia offers (4mi Rt20W).
