Stylish Home with Fire Pit and Hot Tub

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. A hot tub sits on the deck, offering a spot to unwind and relax. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb)$50/day. This will be billed separately. Stylish bohemian home in a quiet neighborhood, but is also a short distance away from the main roads with restaurants and activities! This house offers an open kitchen and living room with kitchen utensils-75" Smart TV-High-speed internet-we provide fresh bedding, towels, soap, hangers, spare blankets and much more. Some extra info just in case! The master bedroom is down stairs in the basement. Our loft area is locked due to safety reasons, however if you need to access the router you can always text us for the access code! Last but not least our thermostat is nest and is a touchscreen, so you are able to adjust it to a comfortable temperature just for you! We will be accessible by text or phone to promptly assist with anything you may need! The home is in the heart of Springville. It is located with just a quick drive to hobble creek canyon, BYU, Coffee shops, and many restaurants. We are situated a few blocks from the bus line that travels to both nearby colleges and main shopping areas in Springville. If you prefer a more private way of transportation Uber and Lyft are also available. There is a large propane BBQ located right off the deck. Entertain your entire family with yummy food and end the night around the fire pit, telling stories and eating smores! Activities are plentiful with hiking, swimming, fishing, BYU, Skiing etc..
