Very quiet area in what is known as "Moodyville" it was and still is a unique cottage neighbourhood on Brentwood Bay. Public transportation is within 3 blocks, waterfront walkways and easy access to airport, ferries and Victoria. Butchart Gardens is a 40 minute walk along the waterfront or a 5 minute drive. 2 minute walk to 2 beach accesses from the Arbutus Suite. Waterfront path right out the door overlooking Brentwood Bay.
