Introduce yourself and let me know your approximate arrival time. Check in is after 3pm and check out is at 11am (strictly). Please do not ask for an earlier check-in as I do detail cleaning. We deep clean following Covid cleaning guidelines in between each guest and the total process takes about 4-5hrs so early arrivals are not possible. Late check outs neither as cleaning team arrives exactly at 11am. Please let me know if you are planning to check in later or check out earlier. If you are visiting as a tourist then there is lots to see and do here. My favorites include hiking in the Lafayette Reservoir, Briones Regional Preserve, Rock City (limestone formations in Mount Diablo great for hiking and kids), the historic John Muir House, the Lindsey Wildlife Museum, the Ruth Bancroft Gardens. I also love shopping and eating in downtown Lafayette and Walnut Creek, Concord. If you are visiting as a tourist then there is lots to see and do here. Close to Downtown. 25min to San Francisco, 35min to Wine country Napa and Sonoma, Saint Helena.40min to Silicon Valley. Guests have access to washer and dryer and laundry liquid soap included (laundry hours, 9am-7pm shared with unit one). Perfect host! This is a very specious one bedroom place. Super clean. Has everything you would need for your stay and more. Place is very quite and private. Great location! Renzo, the host, is by every mean best host I ever had. He is super quick to response, very welcoming and understanding. He worked with me on few occasions throughout my stay accommodating all my needs and changes to my stay due to my unpredictable job. He is the best! Bed is super comfortable. You have additional items such as massager at the unit, to use at your leisure to relax. In the bathroom there is a rain shower, which is amazing. I can go on and on... This is the place where I can stay over and over again! The best hospitality!!!
