Sugar Creek Valley Farm and Fitness LLC is a working pasture based farm and health and fitness facility. The suite is a 600 sq ft upstairs private entrance apartment. It is specifically designed to be a place to relax in peaceful solitude while being less than 30 minutes from Indianapolis and all surrounding areas. I am also less than 15 minutes from the world famous Marc Adams School of Woodworking. Please read house rules before booking. I cannot accommodate pets under any circumstances. The farm includes 20 acres of land to explore and is surrounded by a beautiful creek. There are a multitude of animals on site to observe (or talk to). The unit is an upstairs apartment with a digital entrance on the door located on the deck for your privacy and security. Guests have access to the entire farm and the gym , please inquire about hours of gym availability as i am training clients daily Generally readily available and i love meeting people and hearing their stories Indiana Grand Casino (less than 15 minutes) Indianapolis (less than 30 minutes to downtown) Marc Adams School of Woodworking (10 minutes away) Nashville IN (45 minutes) Main entrance from road provides plenty of parking, i can accommodate RV’s and campers as well PLEASE NOTE: This is a working farm complete with cows , goats, dogs, cats, etc All of the animals are within pasture fences including livestock guardian dogs. None are aggressive and they like “visitors” Please do not feed any animals anything, it is detrimental to their health. The large Great Pyrenees dogs (Annie and Allie) are working livestock guardians and as such will bark at night. If you are completely averse to such things it may not be the right place for you.
