This place is set up for an epic family game night with an awesome pool table and games, TV, and plenty of seating. Also has its own kitchenette, and full bath. The attached covered patio has comfy seating and views of the golf course and pond! The Space: Back Nine Retreat is quickly becoming a guest favorite. Located in beautiful Alto Lakes Country Club, you will love the scenery and quiet solitude to help you really unwind. The homes floorplan is all on one level. The numerous updates and fantastic outside spaces make it ideal for entertaining and bringing the whole family together. From the driveway, a paved walkway leads to the front of the house. There are 4 steps up to the covered front porch. As you enter into the foyer the main living area is to your left. Beautiful exposed beams and wood ceilings, new furnishings, plush carpet and paint. A great spot for the family to gather by the wood burning double sided fireplace with popcorn for movie night on the big screen TV. The home flows easily to the large kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Preparing meals are a breeze in this well stocked space with electric cooktop range, lots of counter space and just about everything you'll need, just bring the groceries! There also a dishwasher and drip coffee maker ready to make that morning cup of joe. A large farm table off the kitchen is a cozy dining space with the wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating. A lovely setting to make any holiday meal special. From the dining area, step outside onto the outside partially covered deck that overlooks the casita and views of Kokopelli Golf Club. The propane gas grill is ready for your cookout and everyone can gather at the outside table and enjoy a family meal. There are 3 steps down from the deck to the casita. Back past the kitchen is a hallway leading to three bedrooms that have all been updated with new furnishings and carpet and all new linens and décor that are so cozy and inviting! The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet and ceiling fan. The second bedroom on the right has two twin beds a closet, ceiling fan and a desk. Both of these bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo that can also be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom on the left features a queen bed, TV, closet, ceiling fan and it's own full bath with walk-in shower. As you continue down the hallway, you'll pass through the laundry/ mud room complete with washer and dryer, bench, and wall hooks for hanging coats and gear. To the right you'll find the door to the master suite, nicely tucked away for privacy. This spacious area has also been updated! All new furnishings and decor, king bed, large closets an d big screen TV. Through the barn door you'll find a nicely appointed master bath with double pedestal sinks, gorgeous wood accents and walk-in shower. The skylights bring in lovely natural light keeping this space bright and airy. Back into the mudroom, the door here leads outside to the deck with 3 steps down to the motor court. The casita sits to the back of the property. Guests love the covered porch to hang out on the outdoor sectional with views of beautiful Kokopelli golf course and the pond with fountain. Such a peaceful spot to kick back and read or reach out to loved ones and send pics of your adventures. Get ready for fun-filled action in the casita! This awesome space is set up for family fun with pool table, dart board, and arcade basketball hoop! There's plenty of seating with bistro table and comfy sofas and everyone will love gathering around the big screen TV for game night. There's also a convenient kitchenette with sink, microwave, and refrigerator to keep the drinks cold. The casita also features a full bath with walk-in shower and a small bedroom with twin bunks for the kids. Back Nine Retreat has central heat and A/C in the main house. There is central heat and window unit A/C in the casita. There are 2 different access codes for the house and casita which are provided within 24 hours of arrival. There is free WiFi and DirecTV satellite service. Guest Access: Driving Instructions are emailed between 1-7 days prior to arrival. Access codes for the remote lock are emailed w/in 24 hours of arrival. This home has a paved circle drive out front that is level to the street. A paved motor court is accessed on the left side and goes to the back of the property by the casita. Loading and unloading is a breeze either from the front or the door on the back porch (can only be unlocked from inside the house). Guests have use of the casita with every rental! A separate door code is used to access the casita and provided before arrival. Any locked doors in the house and carport areas are for the owner's access only. The Neighborhood: Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club is a private golf community with sprawling vistas, lush pine forest, and breathtaking mountain and canyon views. The Country Club Community is extremely quiet and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the quite enjoyment of your neighbors as sound carries in the canyons. Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. The circle drive and motor court are also paved.
