This 1920's cozy boutique bungalow is offered at a monthly discount for those that need a change of scenery , need to work in the area, or want to be closer, yet separate from loved ones. This stylish retreat has an abundance of natural light that flows throughout the entire home. All living is done on one floor. Enjoy a restful night sleep in this quiet neighborhood located above the newly developed Merchant Street where new breweries and coffee shops are beginning to spring up. This is a weekly minimum stay. Newly renovated home with new kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom and 1 office. Washer and dryer access in basement. Abundance of off -street parking. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all of the utensils, dishes, cups and glasses you will need. We will also provide basic cooking supplies such as pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. All-access/Entire Home Either myself or a family member will be available in person most days of the week or I am a quick phone call away. The neighborhood is nestled into the hill overlooking the town and Ohio river. It is a family neighborhood that is quiet and safe.
