We recommend 2 people stay, although we can accommodate 3 people with an air mattress in the living room. Great location just a few minutes from downtown, Beaver Stadium, or the Bryce Jordan Center. Our family is sharing the home with you, we'll be using the upstairs of the house. We do have two small children , though their bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house however you will still hear them. A safe, quiet, residential neighborhood, with no student housing nearby. We've got a great view of Mt Nittany, a nearby wooded area with a great walking path, and downtown State College and PSU is just a few minutes away. Truly a great location! Bus Stop on other side of neighborhood, (at Squirrel Dr and Collegw Ave/26) and multiple local taxi services including Uber, and Lyft. Noise: we try to be as quiet as possible, however our children can be can heard from downstairs. Family friendly atmosphere, playground (Slab Cabin Park) is a block and a half away. Although we are close to campus and downtown, we do recommend a car, Lyft, Uber, or bike.
