You will have access to the entire space. Some of the amenities are as follows big green egg, fire pit, fenced in backyard that is pet friendly, plenty of free parking for boats, large back deck with covered patio, porch swing, dinner bell, outside speakers, dining table large enough for 10, charging station, cable TV.
