We prefer unique places with character that feel homey. Our little slice of paradise in downtown Watkinsville is just that. The property is a cozy log cabin. You have the building to yourself. You can stay unique at City Farm 25. The Cabin has a rugged exterior charm inside and out. See how they made things in the early 1800's, but you don't have to rough it like they did. You will have all the modern conveniences here. There is a private entrance and private parking. Hook up to the Bluetooth Bose speaker to immerse yourself in your music. More into movies or TV? Use the Apple TV and Blueray player. More of an outdoors person? Our home faces Main street, but our large back yard borders the 6 acre park Watkinsville Woods. Sit and enjoy the greenery or take a leisurely stroll. Maybe you will hear our neighborhood peacock calling if you are lucky. It’s a 15-minute drive to UGA’s campus and the popular 5 Points Area and about 20 to bustling downtown Athens. It's a 30-minute drive to Greensboro or Madison, which are also sought out destinations. We have a washer/dryer in our storage building that's available to use anytime.
