With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry area, full functioning kitchen, large island, cozy living room, and inviting front porch this lake house is the perfect location for your next getaway. Two bedrooms are located in the back of the house, one having a private bathroom. Two hallway bathrooms, one contains the washer and dryer. The "Bunk Room" is located across the hall from a bathroom and near the kitchen. The open concept of the kitchen and living room make this ideal for entertaining or relaxing. On-site parking. Getting around the neighborhood would be ideal for walking, biking, scooters, etc. this is due to the short distance from a number of restaurants, bars, and the park. We are located down the street from the beautiful Madison Township Park, where you will find direct access to the beach, which has a boat access ramp for your various water "toys". There are also a number of restaurants and bars that are a short walk away. Getting around is easy on bikes, wagons, scooters, walking, etc. With private parking available on the premises.
