The Space: Drive up along the quiet tree lined cul-de-sac, park your car in the double lock up garage and make your way inside this beautiful historic home where you are greeted with modern contemporary style blended with subtle classic touches. LIVING AREA Off the grand entrance hall is the front bright living room filled with a plush chaise lounge surrounding the original fireplace and wall mounted 4K Smart TV connected to all your favorite streaming apps. The second living space is perfect for catching up with friends over a few drinks by the decorative fireplace with a velvety soft sofa and two matching armchairs. There is also a handy half bath located on the first floor where you can wash up before dinner without having to go upstairs. KITCHEN & DINING Move through into the gourmet chef’s kitchen that comes fully equipped to handle a full dinner party of twelve through to a quick breakfast with the early risers of the group. There is full size fridge/freezer, an industrial double oven with gas cooktop, a built in microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of all the dishes. Serve up your culinary creations in the spacious dining room with a banquet sized table for twelve along with a table just for the kids and a highchair for the little one. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS There are six bedrooms spread over the three levels of the home with five of the bedrooms featuring luxuriously large king beds topped with super soft hotel quality linen and the sixth open-floor bedroom offering five single beds and a double. Bedroom one is located on the first floor while bedrooms two and three are on the second along with the stunning master suite that offers a full walk in closet, a dressing room, a crib and a spa worthy ensuite fitted out with an oversize walk in shower and a vanity stocked with quality amenities. The sixth bedroom consists of the entire, open-plan third floor and is the perfect place for the young ones to hang out together with room for up to seven guests. There is a TV loaded with streaming apps, board games, floor sofas and even a table by the window with puzzles and coloring books to keep kids and teens of all ages entertained for hours. There is a fully updated bathroom on the third and second level of the home with beautiful fittings and heritage tiled floors along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soft fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring a thing. The Neighborhood: The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses. The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis. Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis. Getting Around: The best way to get around St. Louis is to drive or use MetroLink. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city. St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available (5 minute Uber from downtown St. Louis, or Soulard Neighborhoods). We also have two bike share companies with plenty of bike tracks that take you all around the city, just look for the bright green and yellow bikes! This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks. HOUSE RULES ✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures.
