Under 10 minutes from climbing at the Rumney Rocks, and 30 minutes to Franconia Notch and the Lincoln Ice Castles. Close to Loon, Waterville Valley, and Cannon. Summertime reservation? Bring your boat and bathing suit to Wellington State Park's beach and dock on Newfound Lake, just 15 minutes away! Downtown Plymouth, weddings at the Common Man, and Plymouth State only a 10-minute drive. The amount of adult guests staying at the house at any time is capped at 6. NO PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED. Loud must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. We have neighbors next door who do not tolerate partying of any sort. If we get any noise complaints, you will be charged for the full security deposit. This is NON NEGOTIABLE. Respect our home as if it was your own. GRILLS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE BACKYARD. The condo association does not allow us to grill in the backyard due to insurance coverage. ONLY TWO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED OVERNIGHT AT THE UNIT. There is no central air conditioning in the unit. The mountains are cool in the summer and A/C is very expensive to operate. Fair warning: during the hottest days of the year the unit will get hot, especially on the second floor. If you are concerned about the heat during the summer months, bring plenty of fans and/or a stand-alone A/C unit. We provide fans for each room. Only two cars are allowed at the unit at ALL TIMES. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Period. If you smoke, we will charge you your full security deposit to get the smell out. Two bedroom, two and a half bath with a loft. First floor bedroom has a bathroom. Second floor has a master bedroom, bathroom, and a loft with four beds (two bunks) and two pullout futons for children. Gourmet kitchen with new appliances. Silverware, cookware, and cups and plates included. We also have a washer or drier, though we encourage you to use them only if necessary. We do not provide coffee or bath soap. The whole condo will be for guests. Available by text, call, or Airbnb. Located right on Tenney Mountain in Plymouth. Very quiet and friendly space. Please note we do have neighbors and we ask that you keep the noise down past 10 PM. A car is necessary to get around the area. -Wifi included - In order to keep our cleaning fees low, we ask that you please load all dishes into the dishwasher and empty the house of your trash before leaving. - Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Any smoking will result in partial or full charge to your security deposit.
