The Dakota Room

The Dakota Room is located on the 2nd floor of an historic building. This cozy room features a queen bed and sitting chair as well as a private full bathroom. A smart TV and WiFi are provided as is a Keurig Coffee Maker. The Dakota Room is a hotel style room located at the end of the upstair hallway. An apartment with tenants is across the hall. A laundry room is shared by both spaces. The Dakota Room has a nice view to the North and is within walking distance to many wonderful places in the re-invigorated downtown Watertown. I operate 2 businesses on the first floor of the building and am available during regular business hours. I live minutes away for the times that I'm not on site. I will be out of you hair, but available if needed.
