Lake Martin Cottage with Water Access, Pool + Gym

***Great property for extra space at the Lake!*** Get away from it all and spend some time at beautiful Lake Martin in our new three bedroom, two bathroom cottage; sleeps 8. This house has new furnishings and offers a large screen porch with fireplace, as well as a back porch nestled in the trees with an outside dining area. All rooms have TV's with DirectTV. Back porch has a grill. Located in a water access community, this house has several amenities including a golf cart for quick transportation to the lake, community pool, work-out room, common boat docks, boat ramp, boat trailer storage + more. Several hiking trails are within miles and there are multiple golf courses on the lake. Located just 30 minutes from Auburn, 45 minutes from Montgomery, and within hours of Birmingham, Mobile, Pensacola and Atlanta. Common boat docks are first come, first serve. There is usually space for all but you may need to pull your boat out over night on busy weekends. In the off season (Oct-March) we can not guarantee the use of the boat ramp and common docks due to the lake being drained.
