if you want a quiet easy going room to rent your in the right place. you have a mini fridge, microwave, towels, extra linens, and roku tv (with prime, netflix,hulu) you also have a desk to use for work or study with a direct plug in to the wall and or WIFI 2.4 .and 5g their are cats that live on property but should not be your private area which consist of the hall to your room and shared bathroom. all other parts of the house are restricted and not for use by the guest. their are other tenants live on property , you wil have own private entrance through the front courtyard your key to you room will be in the door handle when you arrive the main entrance should already be open. please do not go past any area that say " private" or "do not enter" The bathroom and hallway backyard and outside area 15 minutes to any store or gas station. their will be little to no cell service so please use WIFI calling I’m available any time of the day when I’m able to answer my phone if I’m home guest is more welcome to converse with me or any of the tenants in the house Freeway access Close to the mountain house market in wicklind village There are 3 kitties that lounge about the hall sometimes they are aloud outside
