Fern Hill Cottage is a cottage located on South Fountain Avenue that offers Lake Mokoma Views inside and out! Step inside to a newly remodeled cottage that offers a gas fireplace for the brisk nights and a flat screen television to relax and unwind. There is a full kitchen with a coffee bar, and an attached dining room with bench seats. The first floor also offers a bedroom with a full size bunk bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room. There is an additional living room area facing the lake that offers a couch, flat screen television, board games and a table with four seats.  The second floor offers three additional bedrooms; the first bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed; and the third bedroom has two twin beds. To complete this floor, there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Two kayaks and two paddle boats for rental use located at the dock across from the cottage, two picnic tables to enjoy a cook out or take a break from playing corn hole and badminton. Curl up on the couch on a rainy day; with central air conditioning on the first level.  Fern Hill Cottage sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are permitted with owners permission and non-refundable pet fee. Tesla Charger available for renters. WiFi is available at Fern Hill Cottage, but cannot be guaranteed. Rental rate is $1,725.00 (cleaning included) plus PA Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Occupancy Tax for a 6 night rental.
