Spacious Guest Suite minutes from the CT River

We are offering the guest suite in our large home for rental. The suite has a private entrance, a spacious bedroom, breakfast nook, and private bathroom. Interaction with the host is not required, unless you need something! Feel free to contact by phone or text at any time if you need anything. Feel free to enjoy the covered front porch, wifi internet, and a TV with local stations and Netflix. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk or drive from many local attractions. Your suite is completely private, including the entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house. It is likely that you will not see the host during your stay, unless you run into each other outside. It is a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is on a side street with minimal traffic. It is a very nice neighborhood to walk in. It is about a half mile walk to the river (Canal Park), and about a mile from the center of town (South Hadley Falls). There is a bus stop down the street that covers the five college area. It is a 20 minute drive to Springfield where the new MGM Casino is. Also a 20 minute drive to Smith College, Amherst College, and Hampshire College. Umass Amherst is about 25-30 minutes away. 5 minutes to drive to Mount Holyoke College, or you can take an "Uber" there, which costs around $8. Please note: We do allow dogs, but we have a 1 dog limit. Dogs are always welcome as long as they are potty trained and cared for. Exceptions may be made at host's discretion on a case by case basis.
