Recently renovated, this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a retail business has been renovated to feature all of the amenities of home! Full kitchen, laundry, TV with streaming Internet like Netflix and HULU & free Wifi. The master bedroom has a King amd the 2nd bedroom has a queen. There is a single in the hallway. There are also two massage chairs in the living room! We also are a 420 friendly establishment and in fact this will be the future home of Torch Cannabis Co. Occupancy 5 The location is in downtown Central Lake. 1 block to the park that has a playground and boat rentals. Stroll down the street for Moomers Ice Cream, dine at The Blue Pelican or stop by the Tiki Bar for a cold beverage! Mammouth Distillery opened in 2016, and has a great environment and top notch spirits and cocktails! The BEST grocery store in the world is next door so you can cook anything you'd like in the full kitchen! We also have a grill outside! Occupancy is strict at 5 people max I will message you before your arrival with check in information and ask for you Easy check in to simply notify me when you are coming and when you leave! I'd be happy to give you ideas of things around the area that make for awesome activities and dining and there is information upon arrival for you to peruse. We do charge a $50 per deposit if you want to bring your dog, please leave cash on the dining room table for the pet deposit (Airbnb doesn't have the option for you to request to bring your dog). Please see the house rules when bringing a pet. I love that this location is right downtown. Everything you need is right there, and everyone in town is friendly! The apartment is very private, with curtains in the living room. 5 mins to Torch Lake, 8 mins to Lake Michigan, and a block away from Intermediate Lake which is in the upper Chain of Lakes! Bellaire is only 15 mins away, the home of Shorts Brewry. There is no public transit Shanty Creek Resorts is only 20 minutes away, and features downhill skiing in the winter, tubing, snow bikes and in the summer they offer golf and other seasonal activities! Boyne Mountain has a water park called Avalanche Bay and that is about 45 minutes away. Boyne also features skiing, tubing, and golf type seasonal activities. Charlevoix is 30 minutes away and Petoskey and Traverse City are both about 50 minutes away.
