Now on to the fun stuff :) This beautiful two-story private guest home overlooking Kennesaw Avenue with a featured Atlanta stone exterior and 3-tiered staircase path to the front porch - this four-bedroom, three and a half-bath house is the ultimate combination of comfort and sophistication. The thoughtful layout allows guests to lounge around or entertain in the open living/dining spaces. The Edgy Overlook has a covered front and back porch on the main level ideal for sipping coffee in the morning, a full kitchen with brand new retro style appliances, and an additional back porch on the second level attached to the master suite perfect for drinking wine in the evening and enjoying the view of the city lights in the distance. * It is important to note we have security cameras on the exterior of the house and at all entry ways of the home which are Integrated in the smart lock and the alarm system. *Also please be upfront and transparent about the quantity of people and activities planned in the home. As per our policy if there are more than the agreed number of people in the home at the time of booking that there will be additional $25 fee per night per person that will incur. *Please be respectful of our home and neighbors and do your best to leave the home the way you found it. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties allowed. *Pet Policy: Non-refundable Pet Fee: $150.00 (for one pet) For more than one pet, there will be a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for each additional pet. **Guest is liable for any damages or soiling on the premises resulting from a pet stay. ** NO CATS "With great power, comes great responsibility." **A $500.00 fee will be charged for any non-disclosed pet We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Minty Living has a full time in-house team ready for mid-stay turnover (if requested) and responsive to any unforeseen maintenance issues. Located just south of Midtown and Virginia Highlands, this property is just a little over a mile to Piedmont Park, Atlanta's largest and most historic greenspace. Right around the Corner, there is Ponce City Market, High Museum, Botanical Garden, restaurants, parks, and shops. Take a hike on the East Side hiking trail, check out Historic Fourth Ward Park, or Piedmont park that trails around the central city. There are two places that you can park for this property. The front entrance is located on Kennesaw Ave, street parking only, accessible from Ponce De Leon Ave or North Ave. The rear entrance is accessible from North Ave and is located behind the house, private parking.
